ABOUT HILLSIDE AT COX MOUNTAIN
Hillside at Cox Mountain (Hillside) is a 23-home neighborhood located at the “corner” of Wilderness Parkway and Cox Mountain Drive. The 23 detached, single-family homes vary in size and floorplan design and are located on three POA-maintained roads: Hillside Way, Mission Path and Craftsman Trail.
We operate very much like a homeowners association, although legally we are a condominium association. This governance and operating approach provides many benefits that are above and beyond the many rewarding benefits we enjoy as members of the Big Canoe Property Owners Association.
